Good news! I found some left over belair catalytic burners being sold at Cash Converters Majestic (Chinatown) located at 80 Eu Tong Sen Street #01-01 S(059810) (next to People's Park Complex). When you enter the store, turn left go to the far end where all the watches are placed in the display glass cabinets and the burners are placed just at corner inside another display glass cabinet next to it. There are still about 15 burners there selling at $5 each when I saw it on 29 May 2014.

The catalytic burners of above Bel'Air Diffusers are able to be replaced by the new avita gold/silver (diffuser catalytic) burners in Singapore.
